Presentation

The PSG Extruded basic series controlled heated sampling lines are used for continuous analysis of extractive gases. They are primarily used to transport the wet sample gas stream from the sampling point to the analyzer's home. The maintenance temperature of the line must therefore be higher than the water vapor resp. acid dew point of the sample gas. In this way, the uncontrolled condensation of the water vapor on the way to the analyzer and therefore the washing of the gas components in the condensate is prevented. Failure of the measurement by a freezing line at ambient temperatures below 0 ° C is also avoided.

Heavy-duty lines with thick-walled, flame-retardant extruded TPU, PE or PVC outer jacket are fitted with a parallel heating cable. Insulation is done with thermal fleece or fiberglass. Up to 12 PTFE, PFA, stainless steel or special alloy tubes as internal line and also interchangeable internal tubes are available.

Lines are available up to 300m away, eg. on cable reel then adaptable on site and shortened every 0.5 m. In addition, they are available ready for use in the factory. Line control at max. 200 ° C is carried out by an external temperature controller (eg PSG ST49 or PSG DC10) via the integrated PT100.
