Presentation

The PSG extruded hybrid series controlled heated sampling lines are used for continuous analysis of extractive gases. They are primarily used to transport the wet sample gas stream from the sampling point to the analyzer's home. The maintenance temperature of the line must therefore be higher than the water vapor resp. acid dew point of the sample gas. In this way, the uncontrolled condensation of the water vapor on the way to the analyzer and therefore the washing of the gas components in the condensate is prevented.

In addition, all electrical and pneumatic lines for the operation of a heated gas sampling probe can be integrated. These are back-purge and test gas lines allowing a supply of preheated gas thus preventing cooling resp. condensation in the probe as well as the power supply and temperature sensor lines. In this way, the full installation work for all lines is eliminated and the probe can be ordered and controlled directly from the analyzer's home.

Heavy-duty lines with a thick-walled, flame-retardant extruded TPU, PE or PVC outer jacket are fitted with a high-quality PSG-Plus parallel heating cable. Insulation is done with thermal fleece or fiberglass. PTFE, PFA, stainless steel or special alloy tubes as internal line as well as interchangeable internal tubes are available.

Lines are available up to 300m away, eg. on cable reel then adaptable on site and shortened every 0.6m. In addition, they are available ready for use in the factory. Line control at max. 200 ° C is carried out by an external temperature controller (eg PSG ST49 or PSG DC10) via the integrated temperature sensor up to max. 200 ° C.
