The Huber River 600 hole-drilling EDM machine features a compact design combined with very long travel strokes, enabling a wide variety of applications in a small footprint. It incorporates the latest Windows CNC technology with an intuitive interface, menu-driven navigation, and interactive programming.
The use of water as a flushing fluid, network connectivity, a USB interface, and support for DXF and ISO file formats facilitate its integration into digital production environments.
The machine also offers predefined contact and boring cycles, as well as a database of parameters tailored to different diameters and materials.
Numerous options are available, such as a full water bath, electrode or guide rail changers, automation via OPC-UA, control of up to six axes, and large-capacity rinsing tanks.
Thanks to this modularity, the River 600 adapts to both simple configurations and complex setups, while delivering high power and consistent precision. It thus stands as a benchmark compact solution for CNC pilot hole EDM, already proven in numerous industrial applications.
