The HUBER RIVER 600 HP2 is a machine specifically developed for glass mold manufacturing, incorporating technology designed to simplify and improve the reliability of complex machining operations.

Its eTCP (easy Tool Center Point Control) system enables fast and precise positioning of the tool center point, making multi-axis machining operations with up to six axes easier and more efficient.

The machine can automatically generate 6-axis machining programs from existing 3D drawings, including automatic calculation of drilling positions and approach sequences.

It features a pneumatic electrode changer, uses water as the flushing medium, and includes an interface capable of reading DXF and ISO formats.

Conversational programming, predefined machining cycles, and a parameter database contribute to a structured, repeatable, and user-friendly operation.

Optional features such as a full water bath, various water treatment systems, an OPC-UA interface, automatic electrode and guide changers, as well as CAM modules for accelerated 6-axis program creation, allow the system to be adapted to a wide range of production environments and requirements, particularly where oil-based operation or higher performance levels are needed.
