The structure of our Polairpack® HD isothermal packaging is made of high density polyurethane foam. No over-packaging or assembly is required. The EMBALL’INFOR design by injection of HD Polyurethane guarantees a very high resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks as well as a high level of insulation compliant with European directives.

These kits include a Polairpack ® 30L40 HD case :

Exterior: White DEED cardboard
Interior: Box in white, food quality Frovi ®, resistant to insulation dampness
Isolation: Polyurethane foam injected as one-piece with a density of 40 to 45 kg/m3 and 40 mm thickness
Thermal conductivity Coefficient : 0.0225 W/m²
Cover: Polyurethane foam injected as one-piece in white Frovi ®
Seal under lid: Closed cell (3 mm) foam plate
