The structure of our PREMIUM Polairpack® HD isothermal packaging is made of high density polyurethane foam. No over-packaging or assembly is required. The EMBALL’INFOR design by injection of HD Polyurethane guarantees a very high resistance to thermal and mechanical shocks as well as a high level of insulation compliant with European directives.

These kits include a PREMIUM Polairpack ® 35L75 HD case:

 

  • Exterior: White DDEE cardboard
  • Interior: Box in white, food quality Frovi ®, resistant to insulation dampness:
  • Isolation: Polyurethane foam injected as one-piece with a density of 40 to 45 kg/m3 and a 75 mm thickness
  • Coefficient of thermal conductivity of 0.0225 W/m²
  • Lid: Polyurethane foam injected as one-piece in white Frovi ®
  • Seal under lid: Closed cell (3 mm) foam plate
  • Capacity: 35 l / Empty weight : 5.00 kg  / Number per pallet: 16
  • Interior / exterior dimensions: 424x275x300 / 580x432x455 mm

Applications: transport of heat sensitive products at - 80°C / - 20°C / + 5°C / + 20°C Customised printing, other models or certification of your adapted solution upon request Interior layer upon request: chocking, separators, interior boxes, gel packs depending on need Compliant with regulations on the transport of biological substances Use compatible with Dry-Ice (ADR / IATA P904 - UN1845) Compliant with the packaging prescriptions (ADR / IATA - UN2910 - UN3245) REACH regulations: no components concerned by this regulation Treatment of wastes: energy recovery by incineration
