Watco Concrex® Flex has been specially developed with a new blend of resins, to enable expansion joints, ramps, guide rail surrounds and any other areas commonly subject to vibration and movement to be repaired. Areas like these may have been badly affected by cracking and spalling in the past, but Watco Concrex® Flex will provide a permanent repair where a rigid mortar might fail. Watco Concrex Flex also has excellent chemical resistance and cures quickly allowing the floor to be put back into use.

Technical features

Suitable for: Concrete, sand & cement and metal. Appearance: Mid Grey. Interior and exterior. A primer is not usually required if patch or crack repairing. Watco Tack Coat adhesive primer is recommended when applying Watco Concrex® Flex as a thin section screed or when applying to smooth, non-porous or metal surfaces. Watco Tack Coat also enables Composition: A finely graded sand pre-blended with epoxy resin. Coverage: 1.2m² at 5mm thick per 10kg Application tools: Steel float or trowel. Normally 3-6 hours depending on temperature. Curing times will be extended by low temperatures. Curing times will be very slow or even arrested by temperatures at 10°C and below. Minimum application temperature: 10°C Storage: Store at a temperature between 10°C and 30°C. Do not allow to freeze.
