STEADYcool is specifically for water-cooled UV LED systems. Specially designed water passages fitted with dynamic flow devices which greatly enhance the water cooling surface area ensuring maximum thermal transfer and cooling efficiency.

This ensures totally even cooling to within 5 degrees Centigrade and consistent UV output even on the longest of arrays. Eliminates the need for multiple water entry points and the complexity of plumbing which often leads to leak points.

Operating with 22-25 degree Centigrade cooling water eliminates the risk of condensation and greatly reduces the cost and energy hungry duty cycles associated with water chillers. Operates safely even if the cooling water reaches 40 degrees Centigrade without any ensuing damage to the UV LED arrays.
