Presentation

The Xiris NIR welding camera system offers unmatched welding image quality,
clearly capturing the wire, electrode, welding arc, molten pool, cooling bead, and background.

Designed for monitoring and inspecting open arc welding (including MIG/MAG or TIG processes) and laser welding, it features the XVC-750T HDR camera and XLP-850 lighting, making it ideal for additive manufacturing, production welding, automation, and research.

Unlike laser systems, it uses near-infrared lighting that is completely safe for the eyes, eliminating laser hazards and interference in robotic welding.

Designed for automation, the vision equipment is controlled via Xiris WeldStudio™ software,
which allows image adjustment, recording, playback, and integration with automated welding systems.
