“ This dust collector has a high-performance cleaning system with reduced compressed air consumption, allowing the treatment of high-concentration dust removal systems with high filtration speeds while guaranteeing a rejection rate of around a few mg/m3. It can be adapted to all types of dust, standard, explosive, fine, fibrous, etc., thanks to its compact and wide versions (filter bag spacing) and to a wide choice of filtering media. It also allows the neutralisation of certain gases by injection of neutralising agent. It can be equipped with an indoor or outdoor explosion vent to filter explosive dusts in accordance with the ATEX directive. The compressed air manifolds with pneumatic valves can be positioned outside the clean air box for easy maintenance. The modular design allows for very high airflow rates while optimising floor space requirements. The fully welded construction ensures maximum air tightness and operation with high temperature air flows. Easy and safe maintenance thanks to the access (ladder with crinolines and guardrails provided as standard) to the cleaning system and to the filter bags on the clean air side from the upper part of the dust collector. ”

The JETLINE® V / VR use needlefelt pockets bags supported on rigid cage inserts made of corrosion proof steel wire.

The bags are arrange in rows and can he removed through the filter clean air side in order to ease the maintenance and secure the operator.
The dust-laden air inlet is made to have an optimal repartition of flow on the whole filter surface and to ease the falling of the thin dust into the hopper.
We have elaborated a cleaning system by compressed air pulse jet which avoids the lost of air flow and has a high filter efficiency for a minimum compressed air consumption.
