· Definition: cracked ammonia generator for thermal processing, brazing and welding (avoiding oxidation and discolouration)

· Construction: mechanically-welded structure. 100% metallic catalyser

· Ammonia cracking: at output, constant composition of 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen. For 1 kg of ammonia, 2.7 m3 of strongly reducing protective gas is produced

· Heating : max temperature of 950 °C. Temperature achieved in 30 minutes

· Insulation : heated retort is insulated with ceramics

· Electricity : 3 x 400 V voltage, 50 Hz frequency

· Regulation : PID Axron regulator with programmable clock

· Certification: CE marking, operating instructions: FR
