The Model 3-700 gas analyzer uses a hydrogen flame ionization (FID) detector in a heated furnace to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and to provide reliable performance in the analysis of gas traces. contaminants in high purity gases, air and other gases.
 
All components in contact with the sample are integrated into the heated chamber. Separate inlet connections for zero and span gas.
 
The FTIR sample is automatically routed to waste during FID calibration. A miniature 2 micron protective filter disc is housed in the "T" sample fractionator.
 
Equipped with our proprietary combustion air supply which reduces maintenance and overall operating costs. No need for synthetic cylinder air!
 
Whereas the Model 3-700 gas analyzer is a self-extracting bypass based instrument that extracts sample from its internal bypass system. It is suitable for all applications, where a heated dry or wet sample stream with a flow rate of max. 3 liters per minute are made available.
 
This industrial analyzer can also be applied to a hot vapor source via a heated sample transfer line to measure total VOCs in hot vapor.
