The PROPASKIN VCI is an anticorrosive film studied to protect metal from corrosion. This VCI film is very resistant to breaks and perforations. The coextrusion guarantees greater mechanical strength and a mono-directionality of the PROPATECH VCI molecules. Like all plastic products PROPATECH VCI can be coextruded in 3-5 layers: the inner one provides an immediate protection, the middle one is a reserve of VCI for long-term protection and the outer one is a barrier against atmospheric conditions. Thanks to this layer the Propatech VCI molecules remain inside the packaging, ensuring best protection.

PROPASKIN VCI is transparent, this allow to easily position goods inside the packaging. Manufacturers of vehicles, steelworks and metallurgical companies use Propatech VCI to prevent damage caused by corrosion.

Film, small bags, large bags and caps can be produced with PROPASKIN VCI.
