The e-smart is part of a new generation of marking systems with embedded intelligence. The marking head is easy to install, like a Plug n 'Play system. Once the software is installed on the PC, the creation of marking files is done in a few clicks and the files can be loaded into the machine in a few seconds. Loading the marking files is also possible with a USB key.
The e-smart marking system marks all types of parts using electromagnetic dot peen technology. This process ensures a reliable and unalterable marking directly on the material. The mark (text, logo, 2D Data Matrix code) is defined by a succession of points made by a tungsten carbide stylus mounted in an electromagnetic stylus assembly. The stylus is moved by stepper motors and managed by an electronic controller.
Its robust mechanics is protected by a leather bellow and is designed to resist to splashes of cutting oils and other metallic particles. It allows a very fast permanent marking on all types of material, from plastic to steel treated at 62 Hrc. Its ease of use will seduce you to mark parts of various shapes, surfaces and different materials.
