LabelMark is a laser engraver equipped with a loading function for the automatic marking of tags in different sizes. It’s a fully integrated marking system, complete with an active fiber-optical laser; a cabin (featuring a door with balancers); a tag loading function that goes up to 200 mm and can be adjusted in terms of width and length (tags are selected and marked from the top); and a suction tube.
The laser engraver works in a very intuitive way, requiring the operator to merely open the loading system and regulate the measurements based on the size of the chosen tag. Once the stack of tags is loaded into the system, it works automatically.
A piston pushes the stack, which has been placed between two fixed and regulated supports in order to be at the proper focal distance, and begins marking. Each time the laser engraver finishes marking a tag, another piston pushes the tag out. The tag is released into a specific conveyor or into an optional stacker in order to maintain the same print sequence.
Furthermore, it’s also possible to work on a removable 150 mm x 150 mm table so as to mark various details of the tags (maximum height of piece 100 mm). LabelMark comes with an HP PC with WIN7 64-bit Professional, ready to be connected to the company network.
