The OIL CHECK 500 mobile is the flexible solution for precise measurement of vaporous residual oil content in compressed air and nitrogen – ideal for varying locations.

Delivered in a robust hard-shell case, the device is ready for immediate use. Thanks to the innovative, patented “Forced Pressure Variation” method, it internally generates reference gases at different concentrations to detect gradual oil contamination early and compensate for long-term drifts – all without consumables like activated carbon filters.

The sensor unit can be replaced on-site, minimizing downtime. Calibration can be performed directly in the field using test gas bottles; the accompanying service software generates comprehensive verification and calibration reports.

Installation is straightforward via PTFE tubing or stainless steel piping. Digital and analog interfaces, along with the M12 connector, ensure seamless integration.
