In an industrial context where competitiveness relies on performance and responsiveness, CODRA presents Panorama COOX, a new module integrated into its Panorama software suite, combining industrial monitoring and a MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
This launch marks a key step in CODRA's evolution toward the industry of the future.
Panorama COOX is based on a modular approach, with the QPI (Quality Performance & Indicators) functions as its first building block. This initial version focuses on monitoring key industrial performance indicators (KPIs), essential for optimizing production lines.
Indicators include:

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness): assesses the overal effectiveness of equipment (availability, performance, quality).
ERR (Equipment Effectiveness Rate): targets the performance of a specific piece of equipment
MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures): a key indicator for planning preventive maintenance
MTTR (Mean Time To Repair): the actual time required to return equipment to service after a failure
