Touch Terminals for Software MES Cyclades : Production monitoring

SISE offers a range of two types of terminals, with or without a touchscreen:
 
The T200 is equipped with a user-friendly color touchscreen. In addition to wired or wireless connections, it offers optional IP network communication.
 
Cyclades has been offering the new TBOX terminal for several months. It features a USB port, two Ethernet ports, four relay outputs, and an RS232/485 connection.
Three versions are available. The first version is designed for DIN rail mounting in a machine cabinet and is powered by 110V/230VAC via a 24VDC power supply. The second version is the IP65-rated TBOX enclosure, which can be mounted, for example, directly on the machine outside the cabinet and is also powered by 110V/230VAC via a 24VDC power supply. Finally, an optional industrial mini PC can also be connected. This mini PC is equipped with a 10" capacitive touchscreen and is VESA mountable. or recessed.
 
The terminals used by Cyclades are also available in Radio or Wi-Fi versions, greatly simplifying installation in the workshop. A single transmitter can connect virtually an unlimited number of machines, although this depends on the building's configuration.
 
Applications:
The terminals, mounted on or inside the frames or near the machines to be monitored, are the link between the Cyclades Workshop Supervision application and the operators at their workstations. The Operator interface allows for the coding of production stoppages and the reporting of good or rejected parts. The terminal also provides information on current and upcoming work orders.
