The GC product line is equipped with acquisition and quality (SPC) functions to measure performance and process drifts, by using univariate management of sensor signals. The GC offers process traceability, and data transmission via OPC-UA, the open communication standard.
The GC’ACCESS can control up to 18 gates (single or double solenoid). Equipped with a multilingual touchscreen, they also offer unlimited saving of program files and limit switch control, up to 10 openings/closings per cycle per gate depending on the model. This redeveloped architecture provides acquisition time and reaction time down to the milli-second. Hydraulic/Pneumatic valve gates can be programmed simultaneously with: injection, hold, and/or screw recovery signals, or by using screw position (mm/cm3) and injection pressure.
Another advantage of the GC line: control nozzles and switchover command by mold sensors, removing material viscosity as a factor, even if this has an important role in recycled material.
This line offers a VNC link, displays curves, and has a new user-friendly programming. To this SISE adds traceability, counting produced parts, scrap detection, and saving data in real-time.
The GC allows for injection without weld lines, good product aspect, scrap reduction, and process repeatability for automotive and technical applications.
