The W808, manufactured by WITTMANN BATTENFELD, is small CNC robot that can accomodate up to 3 kilograms of workload.
It is ideally made for injection molding machines with up to 150 t of clamping force.
This update from W801 utilizes a smaller footprint, an integrated control, and a 2 meter Z-stroke.
This device also uses a fixed 0.6-meter kick-stroke design, a horizontal stroke that is available in either 1.25, 1.50, or 2.00 meters, and a vertical stroke that is available in either 0.6, 0.8, or 1.0 meters.
The W808 is identified to have quicker molding cycles as well as powerful servo drives for the three axes. Furthermore, it can be retrofitted with additional vacuum and gripper circuits.
