NUCLEUS offers through an in-house development and design team, the possibility fully and semi-automated machine solutions, according to your requirement. Among our standard product range we are also specialized in hose and bag machines, entire splicing units and special systems for transverse welding. Our in-house development and engineering can realize every special customer request.

Tube production with camera guided edge tracking

NUCLEUS developed an elaborate solution for production of conical tubes. The welding unit is moved by linear engine as it is controlled via camera systems which guide it along the materials edge. The result is a precise welding seam parallel to the edge of the material and applicable to any contour.
