Presentation

The ISM-ATI320 LWIR (8-12 µm) module is specially developed to interface with NVIDIA GPUs.

It offers an 8 or 14 bits digital output depending on the selected mode, using the MIPI-CSI2 standard compatible with NVIDIA JetsonNano and JetsonXavier NX versions.

Shutterless, offering a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels at 12 µm (Lynred microbolometer detector) and a NETD of 60 mK, the ISM-ATI320 module is proposed with its ISEye interface software.

It is intended for developers of thermal cameras with embedded solutions.

Its small size (30 x 30 x 10 mm) and low power consumption (<0.75 W) makes it a particularly interesting product for the fields of security and industrial process control.

Two models are available:

- ISM-ATI320L42 with 5.3 mm f/1.3 S-mount lens
- ISM-ATI320S (without optics).
