COIL COATINGS : TOPCOAT RANGES

This is a comprehensive range of amino-cured polyester-baser-coatings. Versions are available for indoor or outdoor use with varying levels of hardness, formability and chemical resistance properties. Products are available for all end uses, including building, transport, caravan and domestic appliances. .

A highly durable architectural coatings based on unique polyester resins. Durability is a second only to the fluoropolymers. Available in a wide range of colours and gloss levels.

Our most UV-resistant topcoat system based on a blend of polyvinylidene fluoride and acrylic resins in 70/30 -80/20 ratios.

Available in mid to low gloss levels. Only the most durable pigments are used to achieve the BeckryFluor colour range. Isophorone-free grades are available. (Multi-layer effect finishes are also offered-for more details see “Special Topcoats”)

This family covers a range of PVC plastisols for application at high film thickness (100-200 microns) and offers a range of hardness levels. The thick layer gives outstanding resistance to corrosion and handling damage.

Particularly suited for the building industry where surface embossing gives an added dimension. New phthalate-free grades are available offering the highest durability with minimal environmental hazard.

Reinforced polyurethane chemistry having excellent UV durability and flexibility, combined with resistance to surface scratches. Can be used with a high build primer to achieve total film thicknesses of 50 microns as an alternative to PVC plastisol in some applications.

An economical single coat exterior system for galvanized steel and aluminium.

Silicone modified polyesters for building and high temperature applications.

A very low gloss anti-reflective coating especially suited to roofing. A range of texture effects is available in this weather-resistant product. Available in polyester as well as polyurethane chemistry.  

This is a system based on a soluble fuorocarbon resin offering outstanding UV durability. It is available in a wide range of gloss levels and unique colours. BeckryFlon is mainly used in prestigious building applications.

A lightly-pigmented pearlescent clearcoat to give added protection and an attractive glossy pearl effect over BeckryFluor and BeckryTech basecoats.

A highly scratch and mar resistant structured topcoat incorporating polyamide.

BeckryAqua: Waterborne acrylic coil coatings with a proven performance record. 

BeckryTan: A highly durable polyurethane with excellent flexibility and UV stability.
