The O210-L9/12/18/24-T7 line of temperature controllers operate with oil up to 210°C (250°C optional)
The temperature controllers are equipped with a 100L/min magnetic coupling pump with max 8 bars of pressure, a coiled plate heat exchanger and offer 9 to 24kW of heating power. Control is ensured by a self-tuning microprocessor controller with the new color touchscreen.7''.
The heaters have no contact with the oil in the tank, which prevents accelerated deteriation of oil (oxidation). Addtionally these heaters and other parts are easily replaceable, resulting in facilitated maintenance.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI, Euromap 82.1, etc…
Options include flow meters, static relay, tool purge, remote communication, manual bypass, and custom colors, among others.
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.

All high temperature applications that require a heating power of up to 24kW (mid-sized molds, dual-layered tanks, calendering, heating tables, relatively fast rise in temperature, control of fluid process for chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, and particular temperature conditions.
