The new water mold temperature controllers from the 95 E9/18/27/36/45E range operate up to 90°C and offer heating power of 9, 18, 27, 36, and 45 kW.
Any of them can be equipped with 130, 140, 200, or 400 L/min submerged pumps, heat plate exchangers from 60 kW to 180kW. Additionally a static relay is offered in standard, 2 heating stages, which help with temperature rise but also save energy on a daily basis. Maintenance is even easier with components that are easily accessible and simple to replace.
Control is assured either by a self-tuning microprocessor controller.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI…
Options include Vortex flow meters, heat plate exchangers, tool purge, remote communication, manual bypass, direct cooling, and custom colors among others.
Different combinations of pumps, heat plate exchangers and other options adapt easily to all types of processes. Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.
These temperature controllers are intended for routine applications requiring a heating power of up to45 kW (medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical or multi-cavity parts, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature and flow rate conditions.
