Water Mold Controller Type W90-S6/9-T7 or T3

The water mold temperature controller 90°C,  type W90-S6/9-T7 or T3, with 6 or 9 kW heating power, is the most compact of the SISE range. It is equipped in standard with a  60 L/min – 3.5 bars submersible pump, able to operate in negative pressure mode (Suction / Anti-Leak function). Temperature control is assured by a self-tuning microprocessor controller equipped with the new color Touch Screen 7''. The system is equipped with temperature and level monitoring functions, and a safety thermostat. Additionally, it comes with a static relay and direct controlled solenoid valves.
 
The controller provides optional communicaton with various protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI, Euromap 82.1, ...  
This communication enables direct downloading of mold data and reporting of alarm signals from the injection molding machine's control panel. 
 
Applications:
The reduced size of this system allow it to fit without problem under reduced tonnage injection machines. This temperature controller is particularly intended for more routine applications not requiring high power (small sized moulds, small volume parts, etc.)
