Pressurized Temperature Controller Type W160/180-L20/40/60-T7

The W160/180-L20/40/60-T7 line of temperature controllers operate with pressurized water from 160°C to 180°C.
 
The temperature controllers are equipped with magnetic coupling pump from 85l/min to 200l/min with max pressure up to 8,5 bars depending on needed flow. A Booster pump is available as an option to ensure proper filling when water supply pressure is low
 
3 models offer heating power from 20 to 60 kW. Control is assured by a self-tuning micro-processor controller with the new color touchscreen.7'' 
 
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI, Euromap 82.1, etc…
Options include flow meters, manual by-pass, direct cooling, solid state relay, booster pump, anti-scaling system and custom colors are available and many others
 
SISE has designed a new color touchscreen which perfectly displays various alarms and program cycles. The User is warned of each alarm in real time during the cycle, resulting in time savings for the operator.
