Pressurized Temperature Controller Type W140/160/180-ML9/12-T7

The W140/160/180-ML9/12-T7 line of temperature controllers operate with pressurized water from 140°C to 180°C.
 
The temperature controllers are equipped in standard with a sealless pump or with magnetic coupling and a booster pump to ensure good filling of the system even with low pressure in the water supply.
 
3 models offer heating powers of 9 or 12 kW. Control is assured either by a self-tuning micro-P controller with the new color touchscreen.7'' 
 
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI, Euromap 82.1, etc…
Options include flow meters, manual by-pass, direct cooling, solid state relay, booster pump, anti-scaling system and custom colors are available and many others
 
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.

These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 12 kW (medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical parts or for the automotive industry, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature conditions.
