Water Mold Controller Type W90-M6/9/12/15/18

The W90-M6/9/12/15/18-T7 or T3 line of temperature controllers operate with water up to 90°C and offer five heating powers of 6, 9,12, 15, or 18 kW.  Any of them can be equipped with 60 or 70 l/min submersible pumps.
 
Control is assured either by a self-tuning microprocessor controller with color Touch Screen 7''
 
The controller can communicate with the injection molding machine via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI, Euromap 82.1, etc...
Options include Vortex flow meters, heat plate exchangers, mold cleaning, remote communication, manual by-pass, custom colors are available and many others.
 
The different combinations of pumps and options adapt easily to all types of process. 
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.
 
Applications :
These temperature controllers are intended for routine applications requiring a heating power of up to 18 kW (medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical or multi-cavity parts, etc.) and a particular monitoring of temperature and flow rate conditions.
