Using an uncooled VOx LWIR microbolometer detector (narrow filter 10.55µm) with 640x512 pixel spatial resolution at 12µm pitch and high sensitivity (NETD 23mK), Raythink's RG600F camera enables non-contact visual leak location for dozens of gases such as ammonia, sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) and methane (CH4), ethylene (C2H4 or R1150), propylene (C3H6), ...

ATEX Class IIC T4 certified and compliant with CE and RoHS standards, its low weight of 670g and 3h battery life make it ideal for tracking gas leaks. These can be viewed in thermal or image fusion mode with the visible image from the 5Mpixel sensor on its 3.5" touchscreen, then saved on the native 32GB SD card or exported via USB or Wifi.

The RG600F is particularly well-suited to the following applications: emissions management and equipment maintenance in industry, gas safety and emergency response in fields such as
petrochemicals, fertilizer production, environmental protection, food processing industries (cold chain, freezing and deep-freezing).
