Easy-Laser E910/E915 Flange is a system used to measure flange flatness of windmill towers, wings and hubs, tower bases, etc. It can also be used for parallelism measurement.

It can be used on ll sizes of flages, regardless of diameter. You can measure 1 o 5 circles of measurement points, for example inner, middle and outer circles, in order to see the taper of the flange. Each circle can have 6-180 measuremenr points. The program guides you graphically step-by-step through the entire measurement, which quickens the measurement process. Three methods are available: Full circle measurement, sectional measurement and partial measurement.

Easy-Laser enables you to measure and check the parallelism of the flanges. In addition to the standard equipment, tw tripods and an angular prism and required.

When the measurement of the flange is complet, the digits must then be interpreted. Easy-Laser Flange systems make this extremely easy to do. And you can even do it on site, without having to go to a PC with separate analysis programs.
